2026 Meeting Dates
January 10 – BOD @ 10am. Luzader’s 3 Girls Diner, 53 Mid Mountain Ln., Sutton, WV 26601 (Flatwoods).
March 21 – BOD @ 10am, General @ 1pm. Braxton County Middle School, 100 Carter Braxton Dr, Sutton, WV 26601 (Flatwoods).
October 31 – BOD @ 10am, General @ 1pm. Location TBD.

Meetings
The annual March and Fall General Meetings are held in the Flatwoods area. Attendance at these meetings is encouraged. It is important that clubs attend the meetings to vote on issues that will affect them. Clubs vote on all By-Law changes and motions that come to the floor at meetings. Each club gets one vote.
The clubs elect the Board members. The clubs, on a rotating basis, select the site for State Championship tournament. The clubs also select the site for their respective Region’s State Qualifying Tournament (SQT).
